Overhauling Ontology

We envision an overhauled system, where ontology is one of the centerpieces of the platform:

• Ontology is broadened with many branches, fields, subfields, specialties, and topics.
• Submissions are categorized comprehensively and accurately, hopefully using semi-automatic processes.
• Fellows have various interests, either automatically determined by their previous interactions, or specified manually by them.
• A relevancy score is introduced, making interesting submissions more discoverable and shortening unnecessary delays.
