Senior fellow tools: link fellow profiles

A senior editor may need to contact another college member directly. For that they need to find a contact email. This, however, is now hard because discovering a user profile page is nontrivial. Therefore I propose to add a link to the editor's user profile in either the fellowship monitor or the editorial activity monitor.
