[Competing Interests] Add management & explore visualizations of competing interests

Description

Building on 0601aa6d, and alongside #145, we should make CI relationships viewable and managed by edadmin:

• Edadmin should be able to verify, discard, and cross-check CIs with crossref (and other depositors)
• Explore visualizations in a graph of N-order connections to find deeper potential CIs.
