[Profile Emails] Consider emails as case insensitive

Emails associated to Profiles are now regarded as case sensitive, causing numerous problems:

• Incorrectly detected duplicated profiles
• Allowing sign-ups with the same mail and different capitalization
• Allowing the addition of the same email multiple times to a given profile (provided capitalization changes)

The emails should be regarded the same despite capitalization differences.
