[Refereeing invitation] Add hyperlink to refereeing invitation and reminder emails

Description
In the emails with subject:
- SciPost: refereeing request,
- SciPost: refereeing and registration invitation and
- SciPost: refereeing request reminder, the url of a submission page is included below the author's list, but it is not hyperlinked. Please add the html to hyperlink it to the submission page.
