[Editorial recommendation] Modify email to Authors "Revision Requested"

Description

Modify the email (titled "SciPost: revision requested") to communicate to the authors that an Editorial Recommendation for minor/major revisions has been made in order to include: the journal for which the recommendation has been made, remarks for authors and requested changes.

Proposals

We propose two templates depending on which journal the EiC recommend the manuscript to.
If the Editorial Recommendation is for the journal to which the authors submitted their manuscript the template is:

Dear [Author_title] [Author_last_name],

The Editor-in-charge of your recent Submission to SciPost [Original journal],
[Submission_Title]
by [Submission_Authors],
has formulated an Editorial Recommendation, asking for a [minor/major] revision.

You can view the full recommendation at the Submission's Page together with possible Remarks for authors and Requested changes. Note that the recommendation is viewable only by the registered authors of the submission.

To resubmit your paper, please first update the version on the arXiv; after appearance, go to the submission page and fill the forms in. Your submission will be automatically recognized as a resubmission.
We remind you that you can reply to the referee report(s) directly from this Submission Page, using the Reply to the above Report link below each report.
