[Production] Highlight comments and Editors' requested changes in the Production Page

Description
In the production page, in each submission entry it is possible to add a comment. However, it is not clear from the production page if a comment for a submission is present or not. Only after clicking on the submission entry the comment appears. In addition, if the editor adds "Requested changes" to the Editorial Recommendation, these are not visible in the production page.
Proposals
Include the editor's Requested changes in the production page submission entry above the "Comments" (see screenshot below).
Include a symbol, for instance the same one as in the fellow nomination page,
to highlight the presence of a comment and/or requested changes. When the cursor goes above the symbol (i), one of the following messages should appear:
- Comments
- EiC Changes
- Comments and EiC Changes
