[Organizations] Provide list of an organization's associated papers and authors in LaTeX format

An organization page https://scipost.org/organizations/\[org_id\]/ has a list of publications and a list of authors affiliated to that org. in the Publications and Associated Authors tab. It would be useful to export these lists in LaTeX format to facilitate creating reports for sponsors and general marketing material. Please add a button on the organisation page allowing EdAdmin and Financial Administrators to generate a LaTeX formatted list for each of these tabs. Please use the following specifications:

For publications, a list of papers per year in reverse chronological order, excluding years with no publications. Include count of papers for each year before the list The list specifies the title of the paper hyperlinked to its hosting page, author list (with et al. if more than 10 authors), citation and doi. See template below:

For the authors list, simply the list shown on the Associated Authors tab but with a more common display of names, e.g. Prof. John Doe rather than Doe, Prof. John:
