Direct link from submission page to a PDF

Right now in order to go from the submission page to the submission PDF one needs to:

1. Click on the arXiv link
2. In arXiv click on the PDF link

First of all, this is one click too many, and secondly, this gives an impression that SciPost is an overlay over arXiv.

To improve the interface, I propose to include a link to the PDF itself, or even store the PDF on the SciPost server.
