[plagiarism check][email authors] Display the email that is sent to authors in the submission page of failed submissions

Description

When a submission fails plagiarism, a email is sent to the authors, composed (partially) by edadmin. It would be nice if this email can be logged in the same place as the other communication in the submission page. Alternatively, it can perhaps be logged in the EdAdmin remarks that we now should have for the 'On Hold' Remarks.
