[Account vetting] Automated account vetting for invited referees

Description
New registrations in SciPost require vetting by Editorial Administration (see https://scipost.org/vet_registration_requests) to certify the user's scientific credentials. Invited referees, who are researchers invited by a knowledgeable Fellow, shouldn't need further vetting. The vetting step just adds to the waiting time to receive referee reports.
Users creating an account from an invitation link https://scipost.org/invitation/[hash_number] (see email template with subject SciPost: refereeing and registration invitation) should be automatically vetted wihtout manual intervention from Editorial Administration.
