No visual cue/window update on adding a remark

See e.g. https://scipost.org/submissions/vote_on_rec/5882: many remarks are sent multiple times because users are unaware that the remarks were already included.

This should be fixed as of 95fed081.

I'd like to confirm: this will not update the remarks with the newly added one, is that correct? If yes, then I suggest to also do so because otherwise it would appear as if the remark disappeared, unless the user refreshes the window.
