[Nominations] Improving Fellowship Nominations page functionality

Description

A few suggestions on how to improve the Nominations page https://scipost.org/colleges/nominations/:

• The Search/Filter function could be expanded to include Invitation status, Response and Specialties.
• The Search/Filter function filters for the existence of edadmin_notes
• A delete button should be available for EdAdmin to remove a nomination.
• The name of the nominee should hyperlink to their SciPost profile.
