Feature suggestion: private RSS feed or email notification for submissions pending evaluation

As an editor I would like to speed up the processing of the papers, also by volunteering to be an editor. At the same time I do not frequently view https://scipost.org/submissions/pool/, and that is the only current source for learning about submissions pending an editor assignment.

I would like to suggest implementing either a personalized feed with new submissions pending assignment, or an equivalent opt-in email notification.

I believe this was implemented as the "Fellow's Tasklist" in 764af1a6. Furthermore, the Jan. 2023 update of the submission pool writes in the instructions:

You will be expected (and reminded) to regularly visit the pool

I do not see an RSS implementation, but I do not believe one is needed.
