[Subsidies] [Organizations] Link to create new subsidy from an organization's page

Description

From an organization's page https://scipost.org/organizations/[XXX]/, on the Support history tab, it would be useful to have a direct link to create a new subsidy (i.e., link to https://scipost.org/finances/subsidies/add/) with a pre-filled form. The form should pre-filled with:

• the organization,
• Subsidy type: Sponsorship agreement,
• same amount as last subsidy from that org (if any),
• Status: promised
• renewal of the latest subsidy associated to that org. (if any)
• Renewable: yes
• Date from: Jan. 1st of current year
• Date until: Dec. 31st of current year
