[authorship claim] Notify contributor that authorship claim needs vetting

Description
Upon clicking 'I am an author', it would be nice if, in stead of removing the submission from the authorship list; it changes to something like suggested in the figure below. This will help contributors understand that everything is working as intended, and remove possible helpdesk tickets in the future.
