Polish up new production page

Fixes the various sub-issues listed in #70.

• Search Form:

  • Rebuilt layout to be more compact and usable.
  • Added filtering on stream status.
  • Added ordering functionality on dates and statuses

• Stream Card Details:

  • Moved events to right hand half-height side-scrolling view.
  • Added HTMX actions for changing status and assignees.
