Fix default value for orcid field and exclude self from duplicate check

Makes the sponsor column in organizations list easier on the eyes. Now contains information about parent/child relationships that are clearer to discern.

Update requirements.txt for use with Python 3.13 and Django 5.2

Split requirements file into separate use/develop requirements. Remove django_toolbar and django_extensons dependencies when not in a dev environment.

Remove dead, deprecated and unused packages. Replaces maintenance mode and http policies packages with new versions.

More reliable method of extracting affiliations. Improve table presentation. Sticky form submit buttons. Use clientside validation for the form. Allow non-numerical identifiers for affiliations.

Remove distinct call in queryset, use exists instead. Annotate referee inv stats to avoid N+1.
