[Submissions] Long links overflow to next column on certain window sizes

I have encountered an issue where a long link within the data repository box on a submission's page (for example see https://scipost.org/submissions/scipost_202209_00014v1/) is overflowing to the next column when the window size is larger, but it displays correctly when the window size is smaller. This behaviour is inconsistent and negatively impacts the readability and user experience.
