[Communications] Add hyperlinks to communication fields in submission pages in automated emails

Description
In some system emails regarding communication between EiC's, Fellows and Authors, there is no instruction in the emails telling the recipients how to reply to this communication. This leads to many emails that need to be manually forwarded by EdAdmin. In these emails, we should add a sentence explaining how the recipient can communicate with the sender through the website, with a hyperlink.
Proposals
In the emails with subject line:
- SciPost: communication (Editor-in-charge to Referee)
- SciPost: communication (Editor-in-charge to Author)
- SciPost: refereeing deadline approaching
- SciPost: refereeing request reminder
There should be a line underneath the text of the communication, that says: "You can respond to this communication through your Submission's webpage" where Submission's webpage is hyperlinked (bold indicates hyperlink) to the submission page, the "communication" section
