[Communications][Profile page] Add communication tools for EdAdmin in each profile

Description
We have some tools to send email to specific people within an editorial page (EiC to authors, referees and EdAdmin; EdAdmin to EiC). In a similar way, it would be useful for EdAdmin to have a tool to send communications to any profile from their profile page https://scipost.org/profiles/[profile_id]/.
Proposals
In the Admin-level info, on the Actions block, add a link "Send an email to this profile". By default the email address should be the primary address, but selection should be possible. The entire text of the email and the subject line are to be written by the user, so no default template is needed. This tool should be available for EdAdmin only. The email should be sent with edadmin@scipost.org in bcc.
